Are you overweight? Do you think that if you were to lose weight, your chances of finding an attractive woman would increase? If you answered yes, then you are probably right.
While I often say that physical appearance is not everything when it comes to attracting women, I’m not going to say that all healthy women want an overweight guy guy. It is simply not true. Despite popular TV comedy families, most women who are concerned about their health are not going to get together with a big guy who doesn’t care about his health.
If you are single, don’t look after your health, and have a hard time meeting attractive and healthy girls that you want to date, then being overweight very well may be the reason why.
It may be time to lose weight in order to get the girl.
I’m not saying there is not a woman for every type, build, or look of guy, I’m just saying that you can drastically increase your chances of getting a variety of women if you lose weight and become healthy.
Why Do Women Want A Skinnier And Healthier Man?
If you are unfit and overweight, then you may slashing your chances of getting a woman. Why? Following are just a few of the reasons, and they have nothing to do with her vanity.
1. Overweight Or Unhealthy Men Have A Harder Time Keeping Up With Healthier Women
I remember a friend who dated a very nice guy who was over 300 pounds. She loved him, but he couldn’t do the things she wanted to do, like go for hikes, dance, or even just go out and explore nature. He was too big, and he was too tired. He would sweat and become uncomfortable when he did try to keep up with her, and most of the time he just didn’t even bother trying. Eventually it caught up with their relationship and they broke up.
A healthy woman wants to enjoy her life with you, not sit around and do nothing because you can’t. Being healthy and fit is the best way to ensure you and her live life to its fullest and enjoy each other’s company every day.
2. Sex Is Harder With An Overweight Or Unhealthy Man
Sex is just easier with a healthier and slimmer man. A huge stomach in the way is not attractive when a man gets on top of a woman or when she gets on top of a man.
Plus, sweating all over her because you are extremely unfit is not attractive either. No woman wants to be drenched in sweat as she is trying to reach orgasm.
In short, women are more turned on in bed by men who are healthy and can keep up with them. Men who can play out their fantasies for the long run are exciting, whereas men who want to wham, bam, and thank you maam, are not.
Fit and healthy men have a better chance of pleasing their woman more, and pleasure is something every woman wants in bed from her boyfriend or husband.
3. Women Want A Man Who Can Provide For The Duration
It is instinctual to want a man who can provide and protect now and a long time to come. Even if a woman is perfectly capable of providing for herself, she still has that built in instinct inside of her and she looks for men who can fulfill that need. She is looking for the strong, healthy man who is capable of ‘going out for the hunt’.
More importantly, a fat and unhealthy guy may not live long enough to provide for his family. Because we now know that the foods we eat play a huge part in our overall health, and that many unhealthy foods contribute to a ton of different deadly diseases, it is entirely plausible that an overweight man is going to die before a fit or healthier man.

Being Thin Is Not Necessarily Being Healthy
There are a lot of thin men who are not healthy. A bad diet will catch up to you one way or the other.
If you notice, I’ve talked about unhealthy and overweight men, not just overweight men. Being unhealthy will push women away just as much as being overweight will, so it’s important to look after your health with a good diet AND lifestyle, not just with consuming fewer calories and still eating unhealthy foods.
